Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own an RIA, an IBD practice or a 1099 advisory practice doing $350K or more a year.
  • Your CPA files an accurate return every spring, but nobody plans your taxes with you during the year.
  • You pay estimates at 110% of last year and hope that covers you.
  • The practice grew, added a partner or bought a book of business, and you're not sure your entity still fits.
  • You run the practice through an S-corp or a partnership and want to know your fees and commissions flow the way your return says.
  • You want your taxes projected every quarter and every return handled, so April 15th holds no surprises.

This Is Not For:

  • W-2 employees and investors who don't own a practice.
  • Practices doing under $350K a year.
  • Advisors who only want a return filed once a year and nothing else.
  • Anyone looking for aggressive schemes. We use low-risk planning and make the setup accurate first.
  • Businesses outside financial advice. Our client list is focused on advisors.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Catherine's team handles your practice's taxes, from cleaning up past returns to filing the next ones.

We Fix Past Mistakes

We go through your recent returns and books, clean up whatever has been costing you, and check that your entity still matches how the practice actually gets paid.

We Build Around Your Goals

Growth, a higher valuation or more cash now: we pick the tax savings that fit what you want from the practice and put them in place for you.

We Project Your Bill Every Quarter

We meet every quarter, project what you'll owe and keep your strategy current as the practice changes, so the bill never shows up as a surprise in April.

We Time Your Estimates

We plan your estimated tax payments around your cash flow, so you stop guessing whether 110% of last year is enough or too much.

We Prepare And File Every Return

Every year we prepare and file the practice's S-corp or partnership return, your personal return and any multi-state filings, so the savings land where they belong.

We Work With Your Team

We coordinate directly with your bookkeeper, outside CFO or attorney, and we never bill hourly for calls or emails, so you can ask before you make a move.

Frequently Asked Questions

Won't your fee just eat up whatever I save?+
It's a fair question. The one-time implementation fee only happens in year one, and from the second year on your cost drops to the monthly subscription while the savings keep coming. That's why each advisor profile we publish shows a return of more than 200% in year 2. On the call, Catherine gives you an honest read on the math for a practice your size.
What does it cost?+
There's a one-time implementation fee, then a flat monthly subscription with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices for calls or emails. The profiles on our site run from $1,250 a month plus $10,000 for a $650K solo CFP practice to $3,750 a month plus $24,000 for a $5M RIA. You get your exact fee before any work starts.
How does the guarantee work?+
If your practice doesn't save at least $35K in taxes this year, you don't pay. Catherine walks you through the exact terms on the call, before any work starts. Our fees are flat and quoted up front, never a percentage of what you save.
My S-corp is already set up. Isn't that enough?+
Sometimes, but practices change and entities often don't. Adding a partner, buying a book or moving from a broker-dealer to your own RIA can change the right setup. Your fees and commissions also have to flow the way your entity says they do, and the Tax Court has already ruled against an advisor who got that wrong.
Is it too late to do anything about this year?+
No, but the calendar matters. Most of the moves that lower a 2026 bill only count if they're finished before December 31st, like how you pay yourself and when you buy equipment. The savings show up when your returns are filed, and the later we start, the fewer moves are left.
Do I have to replace my CPA?+
In most cases, yes. We prepare and file the practice's return and your personal return, so the moves we put in place land on them correctly. If you have a bookkeeper, an outside CFO or an attorney, we keep working with them directly.
Who will I actually work with?+
Every engagement is led by a CPA. Catherine Tindall founded Dominion in 2019, is a CPA and a Certified Tax Coach, and hosts Financial Advisors Want to Know, a podcast for advisors. We keep our client list small on purpose, so you can call us the moment something changes.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Practice Is Overpaying In Taxes?

On the strategy call, Catherine looks at how your practice is set up, how your fees and commissions reach you and what you paid for 2025. Then she shows you where the savings are and which moves still fit before the year closes.
